Our Lady’s Battle Plan and Her Special Forces
Over 400 years ago, Our Lady appeared to a woman named Venerable Mother Mariana of Jesus Torres (1563-1635), a sister of the Conceptionist order in Quito, Ecuador, as Our Lady of Good Success. Our Lady gave Venerable Mother Mariana many visions and messages about the church and mankind in the 20th century.
One of the most striking of the prophetic visions occurred on the Feast of the Purification, February 2, 1634, the 40th anniversary of the first appearance of Our Lady of Good Success to Mother Mariana. Mother Mariana was praying in the upper choir loft before the Blessed Sacrament when the Sanctuary lamp went out. Mother Mariana was left in complete darkness. The extinguishing of the Sanctuary Light signified the dire straits the Church would be in during this future epoch.
Much earlier, however, on January 21, 1610, Our Lady of Good Success appeared and told Mother Mariana, “that at the end of the 19th century and especially in the 20th century satan would reign almost completely by means of the Masonic sect.” This information on Our Lady of Good Success is in the book I wrote called Signs, Secrets and Prophecies: Road to The Triumph.
We are living in very momentous times. Right now, we are witnessing the greatest battle of all time, other than at the creation of the world, when lucifer battled with Saint Michael. Now we see the forces of Christ and His army, and satan and his army, battling for mankind. Our Blessed Mother has been appearing all over the world like never before. Since the beginning of the 20th century, she has multiplied her apparitions in many countries. She has been given the task by the Trinity to defeat satan and his army, especially Freemasonry.
That is why she has been appearing in many places starting in 1610 with Our Lady of Good Success, where she foretold the great attacks that would be coming upon the world, upon Holy Orders, upon the sacrament of Holy Matrimony, and upon Christ’s Church on earth. The Blessed Mother also said:
- corrupt the children’s innocence, which will almost no longer be found in children;
- those who should speak will fall silent.
- “This will mark the arrival of my hour, when I, in a marvelous way, will dethrone the proud and cursed satan, trampling him under my feet and fettering him in the infernal abyss.”
These messages at Quito, Ecuador as Our Lady of Good Success were so important that the main visionary’s body, Mother Mariana, is incorrupt, along with her other six sisters, whose bodies are also incorrupt; i.e., the seven bodies of witnesses to these apparitions are incorrupt. This is God showing us the importance of these apparitions, which have been approved by the church.
As we can see in our time, marriage and family have been under great attack. Three hundred years after Our Lady forwarned us at Quito, she came to Fatima and warned us again. Through Sister Lucia, Our Lady of Fatima foretold: “The last battle will be against marriage and the family.”
The Blessed Mother has appeared throughout the world, at many apparition sites approved by the Church, as well as other important sites the Church is still investigating. These apparitions have many consistent messages. There are notable links between LaSallete, France; Fatima, Portugal; Garabandal, Spain; Akita, Japan; Kibeho, Africa; and Medjugorje, Bosnia. They affirm and amplify one another, with similar themes:
- the importance and power of the Rosary;
- the importance of the priesthood;
- the emphasis on the Eucharist;
- the presence of angels (in several of the apparitions an angel precedes the appearance of our Blessed Mother, and gives communion to the children);
- the emphasis placed on the sacraments;
- the secrets given which will be revealed at later dates;
- the urgent calls for prayer and penance;
- the emergence of a main visionary among the children; and
- visions of coming calamities if prayers are not forthcoming.
She’s been appearing in many places including:
- Our Lady of Akita;
In Akita, Japan she appeared to Sister Agnes Sasagawa where she prophesied on October 13, 1973 that unless mankind repented there would be a great fire coming down from heaven and that we must amend our lives. She came to Medjugorje, Yugoslavia in June of 1981 and she has been appearing there ever since. She has asked us to fast several days during the week as our times are very evil.
Many canonized saints have talked about the Illumination of Conscience. Servant of God Maria Esperanza, a recent mystic and visionary of Betania, Venezuela, received many messages confirming the Illumination of Conscience or the Warning. [The March 25, 1976 apparition was approved.]
Appearing under the title Mary Reconciler of People and Nations Our Blessed Mother told Maria Esperanza,“There is coming the great moment of a great day of light. The consciences of this beloved people must be violently shaken so that they may ‘put their house in order’ and offer to Jesus that just reparation for the daily infidelities there that are committed on the part of sinners….”
Over and again Our Lady has asked us to pray the Holy Rosary every day. At Betania, Our Lady also asked us to “pray, meditate and nourish yourselves with the bread of the Eucharist which gives you supernatural life.” At another apparition, she even said, “Let Holy Mass be the center of your life.” When I went to Medjugorje in September 1987, I received that particular message that I needed to let Holy Mass be the center of my life. That trip to Medjugorje changed my life, and the lives of many of my family members in the next several years as extended family members and friends visited Medjugorje as a result. The Vatican has approved the first seven apparitions at Medjugorje and is now allowing priests to lead pilgrimages there.
At Garabandal and Medjugorje, Our Lady spoke about:
- A Warning, a Miracle, and a Chastisement;
- A visible sign to be left at the apparition site so that people would believe; and
- Instructions on fasting and the selection of a priest chosen to relay messages to the public.
According to the Medjugorje visionary Mirjana, the chastisement can be mitigated—but not eliminated—by prayer and penance. Mirjana said, “An evil which threatened the world already has been eliminated through prayer and fasting.” For that reason, the Blessed Mother continues to ask for prayer and fasting. She reminds us, “You have forgotten that with prayer and fasting, you can ward off wars, and suspend natural laws.”
