The Journal of the Secretary, Second Edition
On December 17, 1988, Jesus appeared to a young American woman in Virginia as the King of All Nations. He called her “His Secretary.” He said, “This Image is to be a sign that I rule Heaven and earth, and my Kingdom, my Reign, is near at hand…I give this Image to mankind as a source of graces and of peace. My most holy Mother is preparing the great triumph. The Triumph of her Immaculate Heart ushers in the Reign of my Love and Mercy…I have come to entrust to you a message of great importance for the world. I tell you, my very little one, the days are coming when mankind will cry out to me for mercy. I tell you, my child, that in these times only one thing will be given as a remedy. I myself AM that remedy!!! Let souls give devotion to me, through my most holy Mother, as ‘Jesus, King of All Nations.'”
INTRODUCTION
The alleged messages of Jesus are contained in the book, The Journal of the Secretary, Second Edition, commonly called the Journal. Any references to visions, apparitions, revelations, messages, miracles, or other supernatural claims in that book should be considered as “alleged” because only the Pope has jurisdiction to declare any private revelations as “supernatural.”
In this new devotion for our times, Jesus reveals His desire to reign in mercy in all hearts so that His Reign will be recognized on earth and there will be unity in one flock and one shepherd. He wants the proclamation of the dogma of Mary as Mediatrix of All Graces. He revealed images and a medal for us to keep in reverence in order to help us to recognize His Reign. He also revealed prayers and promises. These revelations are collectively known as the Jesus King of All Nations Devotion.
On August 15, 1993, the original devotional elements were granted a Nihil Obstat that declared they were free from doctrinal and moral error up to that date. Bishop Enrique Hernandez Rivera D.D., Bishop of Caguas, Puerto Rico, granted the Nihil Obstat. The Bishop said he recognized “the need to foster more devotion to Our Lord and Savior Jesus the Christ, True King of All Nations.”
The late Father Albert J. Hebert said, “These revelations are very important. America is honored by their being given here because they not only apply to us, our nation, but to all the world. They are aimed at the universal restoration of Christ as King of All Nations and, more approximately, to prepare the way for His welcome at His Coming. I urge all to secure the publications of the Jesus King of All Nations Devotion and to respond to and spread the messages.”

Image Visitations
Jesus asked that He appear in His Image and be brought to His people everywhere. A large 4′ x 6’ Visitation Image of Him has journeyed throughout the world. It has been displayed before more than one million people for veneration and has journeyed through five continents, 19 nations, and hundreds of cities.
In October of 1992, the Image led large processions in Lourdes, France, and Fatima, Portugal, as part of the World Peace Flight pilgrimage of over one thousand pilgrims, six bishops, and sixty priests.
In December of 1992, the Image was displayed before one million Filipinos at a Mass in Lunetta Park in Manila.
In January 1994, the Image led an international penitential procession for peace from Medjugorje to Mostar in war-torn Bosnia-Herzegovina.
Since then, the Image has journeyed through Ireland, Europe, Canada, Israel, Egypt, Africa, Japan, Croatia, China, Mexico, and India. The Image has led many other processions and has been venerated at many Churches and conferences as it continues on its journeys to Visitation sites.
Jesus expressed His pleasure with His Image traveling shortly after the Visitation to the Philippines. In a vision, He took gems, representing His merciful graces, and tossed them out over the earth. He then spoke, “My well-beloved daughter, I AM very pleased with my Image traveling. I promise, my child, that as long as this Image of mine travels, so will I have Mercy on this world. Let souls of all nations come before me and my Image!”
Jesus said, “My daughter, write my Words for my children in the whole world. Come children! Come to my Mercy! Come children! Come before my Image of ‘Jesus King of All Nations’! Come and receive the merciful balm of my love so that you may be healed of your spiritual ills, your mental ills, and your physical ills. Oh, my children, I LOVE YOU!!!”
Signs and Wonders
In the early 1990’s, the priest spiritual director of Jesus’ Secretary received the stigmata. Many healings occurred after he prayed for people and images that he blessed wept tears. This led to a great spread of the Devotion as the faith, hope, and love of the people increased.
The Image itself often exuded a perfumed aroma from Jesus’ Sacred Heart. On the 75th anniversary of the Fatima apparitions, two priests prophesied that a group of pilgrims there would see a dove as a sign that their pilgrimage to Russia would be safe. Soon after, a dove alighted on the Image. This was reminiscent of John the Baptist’s testimony, “I saw the Spirit come down like a dove from the sky and remain upon Him.” (John 1:32).
Healings
The Novena Prayer in Honor of Jesus as True King asks Him to “protect our families and the land of our birth. Guard us, we pray, Most Faithful One! Protect us from our enemies and from Your Just Judgment.”
Christina Nenntwich, a mother from Germany, prayed this Novena and received a miraculous cure for her son. She wrote,
My son, Michael, had been suffering from a disease of the head, arteriitis temporalis. This disease is very rare. In the entire world, only 40 people of his age group (30 years of age) suffer from it. Cures are extremely rare. I prayed much for him, since I also attend Mass every day. I was near despair, for he did not seem to get any better.
Then, for nine days I prayed the Novena in Honor of Jesus as True King and my son was freed from this disease. Out of gratitude for this favor, I promised to spread this Devotion. I urge everyone to pray this Novena. The Chaplet of Unity also reaches to the very depths of the soul. Please join me in recommending this Novena and Chaplet to every person, so that we may soon obtain the true peace on earth through Jesus and Mary.
A sick woman felt her doctor’s words fall heavily upon her. He said, “I’ll have to operate. The tumor is malignant and must be removed.” Her pain was terrible—almost unbearable—and eventually she fell to her knees and prayed the Devotion’s Chaplet of Unity for relief. Ten seconds after she finished praying, the tumor passed from her body. She called her doctor and told him the good news. After a long silent pause of disbelief, he said, “Well, come on in and we’ll check it out.” To his great surprise, his examination showed no signs whatever of the tumor! Jesus promised to those who embraced His Devotion that He would “readily hear their petitions and prayers and pour out upon them His новости.”
