On March 18, 2020, Mirjana Soldo, the visionary of Medjugorje, during her annual birthday apparition was told by the Blessed Mother that she would no longer be receiving a message on the second of every month. This is significant because since 1987 (33 years total) she had been receiving a message on the second of every month that were heavily disseminated throughout the world. In many respects, she has been the most public mouthpiece for Medjugorje all of these past years. In June of 2021, Medjugorje will celebrate its 40th anniversary since the apparitions began. The message read,
“Dear children, my Son, as God, always looked above time. I, as His mother, through Him, see in time. I see beautiful and sad things. But I see that there is still love, and that one should endeavor to make it known. My children, you cannot be happy if you do not love one another, if you do not have love in every situation and in every moment of your life. Also, I, as a mother, come to you through love to help you know the true love, to help you know my Son. This is why I am calling you, always anew to thirst all the more for love, faith and hope. The only spring you can drink from is the trust in God, my Son. My children, in moments of peacelessness and renunciation all you have to do is to seek the face of my Son. You just live His words and do not be afraid. Pray and love with sincere feelings, with good works, and help that the world may change and my heart triumph. As does my Son, so I also tell you to love one another for there is no salvation without love. Thank you my children.”
The word LOVE is mentioned nine times in this very brief statement. After all of these years the second of the month has ended. The question is, what happens next? What should we expect? What should we make of this? What is our role?
The very next day, on March 19, 2020, the Feast of Saint Joseph, the Patron Saint of the Universal Church, Conchita, the lead visionary of Garabandal issued a brief statement in the midst of a stock market meltdown and the Coronavirus (Covid 19) that read,
“God is detaching us from the securities of this world. In the silence of the Church or in our house we are now able to make an examination of conscience so we can clean what prevents us from hearing the Voice of God clearly. With sincerity we can ask God to tell us what he wants of us today, and continue to do that every day. And spend as much time as possible with God at church or somewhere in your home or where you find the silence. He is all we need.”
From 1961 to 1965, the Blessed Mother appeared at Garabandal, Spain over two thousand times to four young visionaries. Three of the girls married Americans and one remained in Spain. Conchita, the only visionary who knows the day of the Great Miracle, emerged as the leader of the four, has always been known as reserved and respectful. When asked why she doesn’t speak about Garabandal, she gave a very good answer. She said, “I was only 12 years old when the apparitions began, and I was always concerned I could give the wrong answer as it was so long ago. Go back to what I said then to get the answer you are asking.” I can say, I don’t remember much of what I did or said at twelve years old either. No one can remember Conchita ever giving a statement like her few sentences on March 19th. She once did a television interview in Ireland when she was in her mid to late twenties. That would put the interval of time approximately forty-two to forty-four years never issuing a public statement as the above. In 2021, Garabandal will celebrate its 60th Anniversary. A sign of the times, a coincidence, or something more?
Also, on October 6, 2019, Sister Agnes Sasagawa of Akita, Japan was given a private message just for her by her angel, and then told to read another message that was to be given to the world. It read, “Put on ashes and pray a repentant rosary (a rosary of repentance) every day. You must become like a child and make sacrifices every day.”
Two days later the first Mass reading was from the Book of Jonah 3:1-10. This is the story of Jonah walking through the City of Nineveh saying it was going to be destroyed if it didn’t repent from its sin. Nineveh put on sackcloth and ashes and did repent. October 6th was also the day the controversial Pachamama idol was brought onto Vatican grounds. The messages of Akita, Japan are approved by the Church. Cardinal Ratzinger as Prefect for the Congregation of the Faith (CDF) stated on numerous occasions “That the messages of Akita and the Third Secret of Fatima are essentially the same.” Both messages are severe for the world, with the weightiest and bulk of the messages in 1973. The majority of the messages were in 1973 and only several beyond. There is a gap of forty-seven years since 1973. Again, this is another rarity where a visionary hasn’t spoken in such a long time, yet issues a public message. For all three visionaries, it is out of character to have such a change in behavior. Is Heaven communicating to us in their language only a believer can understand? Covid-19 has caused stock market fluctuations that haven’t been seen since 1933, and people are legitimately unsure where this may bring us.
What does this mean with so much going on in the world right now? Covid-19 has caused havoc and a change in lifestyle and habits like nothing since World War II, or the Spanish Flu of 1918. With both of those events the world changed forever. The apparitions of Fatima were in 1917 just prior to the outbreak of the flu. Sister Lucia was told Russia would spread her errors throughout the world, and then came the prophesied aurora of 1938, where Sister Lucy knew the outbreak of World War II was on the immediate horizon. Heaven writes straight with crooked lines, and Heaven’s children know signs the world doesn’t know, and the world ignores them at their own peril.
Governor Cuomo of New York has been imploring the help of God as Covid-19 is bringing devastation to his state. Yet, just months ago he gleefully and near giddy lit up New York in rainbows, signing an abortion bill into law stating pro-life people have no place in New York State. Yet, in one of the most inconsistent statements a person can make, on March 24, 2020, Governor Cuomo facing what to do about Covid-19 said, “We must do all we can to preserve life, as human life is not disposable.” This is a galactic incongruent hypocritical statement for a person’s moral outlook on life. Cuomo is a confused soul. The question must be asked, “Can America afford abortion?” With the killing of the innocent amidst a culture of death the law of the land, the protective hedge of God’s protection is removed. Churches have been mandated to close by state governments and bishops, yet the killing centers of abortion mills, pot dispensaries, and liquor stores are permitted to remain open and deemed “essential services.” Virginia Governor Ralph Northam an open advocate for infanticide, has made it a crime for more than ten people to attend a church service.
There is a coordinated advancement under these directives by a coordinated communist ideology to close churches and gun stores, as several mayors have said if entities do not close as directed, water and electricity will be cut off. Drones are also being used for enforcement. If this is the nuclear option of the Deep State, it’s working – temporarily. Government will continue to expand in this crisis, and individual constitutional rights will incrementally get usurped.
It is now where the Church should be doubling down keeping Churches open all day in Adoration, and mindful of prudent cautious distance. Many clergy are living in fear when they should be proactive for their parishes imploring prayer. The Mass is the source and summit of the faith, and Saint Pio (Padre) said it would be easier for the world to exist without the sun, than without the Mass. The Lord is slowing us down so man can focus on what is Most Important in life — Him.
If you think it was only the Medieval Ages that were relegated to two popes and a plague, think again. We are living in a time of A Great Transition where we have been told to expect the Triumph of the Immaculate Heart. To have a New Time, we have to have the old pass away before the New can be ushered in. Unless there was Good Friday, there would never have been the Resurrection. The Blessed Mother said at Medjugorje, “I have a great plan for the salvation of mankind.” Are these events precursors to what awaits us? I think the case is building where we may see great spiritual events in our future. God will not be mocked. There have always been two cohorts in battle, those of God versus Satan. Good versus evil has always been the battle, and is still the battle. The more things change, the more they stay the same. To prevail know your enemy, and know his tactics.
